Shenanigans, I call shenanigans. Bush is clearly using his other hand as leverage against the table. They're both cheating.

He's only using his ring finger and pinky to gain leverage, if indeed that's what he's doing. Chances are better that he's merely hiding the One Ring of Power from view so she doesn't try to snatch it.

They're probably signing a pact of some sort; I would imagine she's one of the Nine. If you watched the speed closely , you can Wolf Blitzer; he's clearly one of the seven dwarven ringbearers. Look at that beard.
