I don't know if it's leaked, or officially out..but it's out there (I got it from the dreaded FOH boards if you're looking/cheap/impatient)
I've always liked Incubus, even though some of their stuff is quite silly and childish (earlier stuff only) - then again, I was only about 14 when I first listened to them, so their progression has coincided neatly with mine.
This is a much more upbeat album than "A Crow left of the murder", which was fairly melancholic and glum. This one has a lot more oomph and a bit of a return to "Science" like riffs and screaming whilst retaining a degree of sincere reflection.
