Obviously legislation is the only way to get arabs to act like they live in acivilized nation and not a backwards fucking dustbowl any longer, and need to start treating women properly.
It is not much of an issue anyway, since if Islam keeps going down the road they are going down, the whole fucking lot of them will be expelled from Europe and North America.
