The Black Dahlia?

Post by Lalanae »

Anyone see it? Should I just wait for DVD? I watched the trailer and I like what I see stylistically, but not sure if the film itself is worth a shit.

I didnt like it. I came into the movie knowing it was about a murder. As you're watching the movie though, it doesnt even seem like the murder is the focus of the movie.

There's so much that isn't known about this incredibly brutal murder. I have no interest in going to see the movie and I'd classify this as a huge piece of fiction with only a marginal rooting in fact.

Well if you liked that, did you know King Kong was about an ape?

Yeah, I heard it hardly touches on the actual case, but was wondering if the film story is worth it. I think I'll just wait for it to come out on DVD. I love the look of the film (as shown in the trailer), but that only goes so far.

The case itself is pretty fascinating and disturbing. Too bad they never figured out who actually did it.

Anyone with any interest in the movie at all would know it is about a murder.

She doesn't have friends to go see it with? If she loves you she should know you won't see a movie that doesn't star Steven Segal. Stand up to the ho!
