Media Player 11 to allow streaming of video to the 360

All WITHOUT Windows XP MCE 2k5.

Apparently this doesn't work yet but I expect the functionality to be activated once the fall update for the 360 drops.

i'm pretty stoked bout this, i was just about to pick up a copy of MCE05 because i'm tired of waiting for Vista.

Well depending on how soon they update the 360, you might only have the functionality for approx. 2 months before Vista ships anyways.

I'm pretty sure the next 360 update will drop near the PS3 release in an effort to undercut Sony.

nope, it will still work, read on and check the links some other people posted.

it just doesn't work yet because the xbox360 dashboard needs an update.
