RIAA suing the children of a dead defendant.

I guess its not enough to just sue 15 year olds any more, now RIAA have decided to try and sue the children of a deceased defendant, but graciously allowing them a 60 days "grieve" period.

Are the bloody idiots trying to destroy themselves? They seem to be working hard to make sure NOONE will agree with them.
