DVD Slideshow type Software

Post by noel »

Is there anything anyone would recommend out there? I'd love to find something fully featured by a company like Adobe. If there's anything specific someone would recommend, I'd love to check it out.

I have a shitload of pictures that I'd like to make into a DVD slideshow and perhaps put music to it.

Thanks in advance.

BTW I am looking on my own, but if any of you have experience with this and can share it I'd really appreciate it.
Oh, my God; I care so little, I almost passed out.

I think Adobe Photoshop Elements has the ability to make slideshows.

If looking to make fancy ones, I'd go with DVD authoring software. Ulead DVD Workshop 2 is one of my favorites for power/ease of use for creating DVDs with menus and other fancy stuff (including slideshows).

For straight forward slideshows, something like Elements might be enough though.

I made a slideshow with DVD Workshop that had music, various timings on the slides, transitions, etc.

Thanks, I'll check that out. That's exactly what I want. I have elements, but the music/timing/transition aspect of it is important to me. Thanks!
