Battlegroups
Pyrella, Lali, and Ixtlan have been spared from their doom by my sword, but I was wondering who else on VV is in the 3rd Battlegroup?

Well, we'll see how much I am still playing when that patch comes out
I have been jumping around from character to character lately due to some guild issues on Khadgar. Basically we had an alliance of 3-4 guilds that we raided with. The "hardcore" raiders left and started their own guild. Where there was an average of 20+ people online in my guild at any time, now there are 1-5.
Most of my PvP has been in the 40-49 level range lately.

Bump for thoughts.
I did AV last night (AV30 rofl), and I must say it was pretty nice. No lag at all, and we won (but of course!). There were varying differences in approaching tactics from the different servers and their norm, but I feel once the battlegroups get comfortable there will be a better coherence.
Thoughts?

You will see a (*) by the name over the head of a person from a different server. You will also see the server name when it says they have joined the battle. If you hover over their info-panel (raid or target) you will see the "tool tip" which includes their server name as well. There is no "of Khadgar" or equivalent for people from other server.Fairweather Pure wrote:Odd question, but does it let you know who comes from what server in any way? I haven't been able to do a BG yet, world PvP took up my time last night.

Rennard-Firetree is how my name appears to others. As far as no lag, I'm pretty sure it depends on your own server, sarg. Our server is pretty f'ing laggy and it certainly was last night. We were dropped/rebooted/whatever several occasions.Fairweather Pure wrote:Odd question, but does it let you know who comes from what server in any way? All things considered, I think it'll be nice in a few weeks when everyone gets used to it etc.
One thing I don't like, is there's like 4 or 5 different Xserver BG forums that ZOMGUMUSTUSE instead of one focal point to talk trash/communicate with the other side like when BG's were simply your server.

Yeah, and one thing I don't like is that it is going to be impossible to remember who is who when playing in a battlegroup. I used to be able to throw track humanoids up while guarding a flag or something, and I would know who it was that was approaching (when playing my druid). Now, I recognize maybe 1 out of every 20 names.
