I had just reactivated my account and I saw the npc's offering the quests. I didn't talk to any of them though. What were they?

I think the reward is some gay over sized ring you can put in your house as decoration. Supposedly if you hail the dude and let the 2 hour timer run down on the quest, the reward will be mailed to you. Dunno for sure tho, havent tried.
