Mind Control anyone?

Can anyone help me find the thread about the Japanese made device that allows someone to be moved by a controller? I think it had something to do with balance and they could stand still and it wouldnt make them move forward, but if they tried to move they could only move in the direction the person with the controller wanted them to. Been looking for it for an hour.
