T-Shirts dipped in Concrete

Post by valryte »

I just wanted to share a funny experience I just had. I went to this site http://www.hackerthreads.com to check out their T-Shirts and I was about to buy like 3 shirts until I went to checkout. It seems these 3 T-Shirts weighed 23 pounds! They wanted 16 dollars for shipping and that was for ground shipping. Could that be considered fraud I wonder...

Could be a mistake - why don't you just call or email and ask?

I did email them...but this is not the first time I've seen this, just the most extreme case since the items were T-Shirts.

could be just the wrong item weight entered in their system, I added to my cart some 3 random shirts from that site and it showed cart weight of 3 lbs.

call them with an order if website calculates shipping wrong
