I, literally, can not read that post. The all caps objection isn't just a bullshit netiquette thing, it has a valid root; it's very very difficult to track your position in that much capitalised text.

I would suggest his writing could be improved through the application of a blunt object to his skull, but from what little I could read, I think it's too late.
