When Dave Attel was in Japan for insomniac, he did a part on this guy, who was the biggest guy in japan for this kind of stuff. He invented stuff like 2 sided sandals and such.

#10 made me laugh, but my favorite is the portable cross-walk. Problem is that you have to have someone cross without it to set it up so you can use it.
