I don't see the mainstream media picking this up. the story first broke a week ago today and no one's really noticed. the bottom line is the majority of americans don't give a shit about dead Iraqis. or they have deluded themselves into thinking that hardly any Iraqis are dying to ease what excuse for a conscience they have. the general apathy towards the body count in that country has already demonstrated this.

Wow I have been to that site quite a bit, and I've never seen a picture of a dead Iraqi/terrorist/insurgent/freedom fighter. Of course, that's because there is a forum specifically for that crap and I don't go into it. To be fair, the site existed at one time without an "Iraq and Afghanistan" section. Part of the idea behind the site is that if you submit pictures or videos (usually of your wife or girlfriend or some crazy girl at a party) then you got access to other people's stuff for free. The best thing they could do is just shut down that portion of the site with the gory photos and be done with it. Especially if the site is being defined as a place to trade pics of dead people for porn, which I think is not at all what that site is about.

Yahoo picked it up and put it on the front page... unfortunately the Army isn't even trying to spin this, instead just hoping it goes away
