Why put your kid in a bedroom when you can cage them?

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

seems like they have good reasons, but do you think they use leashes, litter boxes, and rewards for doing good things.

That's nothing, I remember the KQRS morning show on the radio here talking several times about one where the parents had her in a cage all the time, not only that but she was naked. She had a little drain pipe in the cage to shit and piss in.. It was fucking terrible. Then they played a few audio clips of the parents being interviewed and they thought it was totally normal.. fucking psychos

There is something seriously wrong with the Foster/child placement system. How the hell does a single couple get 11 fricken special needs children? One is a handful.

the system in most regions is already overburdened and the state pays people $$ for every kid they take in, a lot more if they have special needs. it can be pretty profitable. its either live in a foster home with 11 kids and 2 care givers or an orphanage with 200 kids and maybe 4-6 caregivers.

ideally a caseworker visits the home regularly, inspects it and talks to the kids to make sure they aren't being mistreated. ideally, anyway...
