Happy Hunting

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

Happy Hunting

Post by Bubba Grizz »

Good Luck to you hunters who are going out this weekend. Be careful out there not to get shot by the drunk city folk.

Hehehehe...

I was dove hunting a few years back, standing just inside the treeline at the edge of a huge milo field. I heard these guys arguing and figured there was someone else coming in to hunt the same field, which would be no problem.

I didn't hear anything for awhile so these guys must've set up near the corner where everyone came in from the road. I watched and sure enough picked them out. They had a BIG cooler with them.

After a couple of hours, I hear shouting and cussing and all of a sudden I see this hat fly out of the treeline and BOOM! 12 guage to the hat!

Well, this started escalating and soon both were shooting their shotguns at each others hats, which by now were mutilated beyond recognition. Oh yeah, and they weren't bothering to throw them anymore.

After a couple of minutes of this, a Game Warden stepped into the field and pretty soon both these guys were being led to police cars handcuffed. I don't know about anywhere else, but here alcohol and hunting causes a lot of grief. Guns are gone automatically, hunting license revoked and consideration for "perma-banning", as well as possibly forfeiting your vehicle also. That's in addition to fines up to 50k.
