Which Client for Fantasy Football

Post by Bubba Grizz »

We need to get this ball rolling.

Yahoo is free but trying to manage 2 leagues and coordinate a superbowl is already sucking as we don't have all the people who said they were going to play signed up. Also, Yahoo has had problems in the past and is limited in features. We draft in August.

EA Sports will be different and tough to get used to right away and you have to pay to use it. Well, the commish will have to pay $50 and collect from the players. You get a ton more features and can have divisions within the league that allows for up to 32 teams and a more realistic playoffs. We can draft closer to the season.

I vote for Yahoo. People always say "sure I'll play!" and then drop out or fail to manage their team, so I think we should take the 12 teams we have and be done with it. Those are the peeps that showed initiative to get moving on this.

Hey, fuck you! The AFC is up to 6, but if I don't get to play, I'm going to be very pissed.

Agree, very uncool on taking the 12 peeps. If you were going to do that then the people from last season should have had first dibs. I was out of town on business when the sign ups started. I was just happy I got in on the AFC side.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I'm 40 now, I don't think that anymore, because I found out it doesn't f--king work. One has to go through that. For the people who even bother to go through that, most assholes just accept what it is anyway and get on with it." - John Lennon

tyek and masteen are out for arguing!

Well, if the second league already has 6, it should be np to get 4 more people in two months. Hopefully everyone that signs up has a clue about FF so it's competitive.

So.....just like in the NFL, the 3 power teams from last year are all in the AFC. At least our representative should have an easy romp in the VVuperbowl.
