In attacking medical marijuana he blames it in the death of Irma Perez, a 14 year old who died after taking ectasy. Her friends apparently tried to treat her themselves including possibly with marijuana. They also gave her ibuprofen, no word yet on if Souder wants to ban that.

I think the parents could be placed on the 'blame meter' somewhere.
