Personally, I think it's better than the first album, but still lightyears behind both Soundgarden and Rage.

saw them in concert in Paris, fucking rocked the house. It's really too bad Cornell is kinda losing his yelling voice, yet he still has the vocal chords of a god. Their new album seems more "normal" than their last cd, not as many weird riffs/effects, and it's definately something worth checking out.
