Looking for a Movie

The name actually. I have tried to many things, but I can't find what it's called.

I saw it a few months ago on Starz, it's anime, least what I think anime is. I only saw the last 30 mins or so but Ill do my best to describe it

There is a young girl, teen ager shes asian i believe. She is a vampire hunter, No its no Vampire Hunter D already looked that up. She only ever wore a school girl outfit, blue and white. Her hair was in two pony tails at the back of her head. She had some sword that if she strucka vamp just right or something it was dead instantly. She was in school on an air force base and some older guy army officer of some fsort was her helper. I remember a scene with 2 girls they went to the sick ward and a nurse was helping them they girls turned to vamps tried to kill the nurse but the girl came in to rescue her.

I know that is not a lot, but maybe someone knows. You guys seem to know your stuff so I hope someone can help me. I really wanna see the whole movie and Ive been looking a bit. The girls name was Saiya... prounced like Sigh-ya. I may have the spelling of her name wrong but the pronunciation is accurate. Anyway I hope someone can help.

I bought the DVD for that a few years back thinking I'd be getting a 90-120 minute feature or something.
Was extremely pissed when it ended 45 minutes in.

LOL, the exact same thing happened to me. Was fucking expensive too!
