New Features

Okay, went through and upgraded us to the latest and greatest, as well as adding some new stuff. Most notably, the whole profile system is new. Please take a moment to check your profile and set whatever information you want in there, add people to your friends lists, set up your ignore list, etc. Yes, the old ignore list didn't appear to convert over, so no one will have anyone on ignore as of right now.

Still working on getting some of the other stuff installed, so please bear with us.

Mac haters!

Actually, I can't see posts in Safari anymore. If someone quotes someone else, I can see the quote and any text below it, but just a regular post shows up as a huge empty box.

Note: I don't expect anyone to fix it, since I'm probably the only person using Safari to browse VV, I'm just pointing it out on the off chance that I'll get lucky and it can be easily fixed.

Hope one of the new features is something that doesn't allow nested quotes to go on forever. Should be a two quote limit!

Which of the new features is causing the page to basically load twice? As the page is loading ( in IE ), I can see the boxes around what would be each individual post. The page then goes blank, and the boxes as well as the text reload. Really annoying

This is also what happens in Safari with Javascript enabled, but during the "reload" all the text disappears for me. This "second loading" doesn't happen with Javascript disabled.
