if there had been no Ring One it would have been a great movie but it was just a bunch of recycled crap.

a real disappoint coming from a fan of the first one. its just pure fluff.

2/10 for naomi's hot self and the sound the deer/elk makes during the antique fair.

I just bought this on dvd today, hadn't seen it yet. I actually thought it was decent, and the last 20 minutes or so of the movie seriously disturbed me.

Though it wasn't as entertaining as the first one, seeing it in a theatre with hundreds of other people my age was an awesome experience. And yeah, the last ~20 minutes are crazy.

Looks like I'll end up buying this then since I was on the fence. I've been burnt by some pretty shitty horror movies lately when buying the DVD and am getting a bit gun shy. The Darkness anyone?

Omg.. the darkness was fucking horrible. Luckily for me, my girlfriends parents PPV'd it so I saw it for free. The only thing that could have made that movie even remotely worth watching would be tara reid doing some softcore action.

Unfortunately The Grudge was like that as well.. it was great in the theater, but sucked balls on DVD. Just lost too much in the downsizing.

Cursed also sucks, don't bother.

A good horror movie i remember i saw in the 80's was Without Warning with Jack Palance.
