Too PC?

I'm not sure if we've had this over-sensitive PC society for too long.. but is the McAfee site just a little sexist/racist?

http://www.mcafee.com/us/default.asp is their front page.. then on the left is links/rollovers for different types of customers, what I see as funny is the following link between customer type and the face it pops in the right hand panel:

Home & Home Office: Woman (of indeterminant race)
Small & Medium Business: Black Male (appears to be attempting to avoid something escaping his mouth)
Enterprise: White Male (With glasses and a Somthing About Mary hair style)

There's also Partners, and a bloke which looks a bit like a middle aged kiddy fiddler to me.. but ignoring Partners, does anyone else see a possible bad link between the first three and the pics?

I assume they were trying to be multi-ethnic and hip.. but the ranking is a bother.. (and Partners could be considered high rank as well so top 2 are white males)

It was funny, a couple of weeks ago I was looking at the box of Life cereal(2 bag costco size). There are three pictures of kids on the box. I defy anyone to correctly guess the ethnicity of two of the three kids. Black/white/asian/spanish/etc hybrids. It's like they gave up trying to decide

My government teacher is so non-PC it's hilarious. Yesterday in class we were talking about racial profiling and he was like "yeah the other day at the airport I saw them searching an old lady, while letting someone in a turban walk through without being searched." There's nothing random about calling you a troll, the reason why I had you on ignore for months on end were that every post I read from you was a bunch of inflamatory bullshit. Since removed that because you started posting content, which one inevitably sees in quotes.

Your bitchfest however was based on one tongue-in-cheek post which is pretty much out of context with nearly everything else I've said here. Sarcasm has a lot to do with who is saying it and what their normal position on a subject would be. I'll grant you no one else seemed to see the humour in my observation, but that doesn't mean that I really think McAfee or their webmaster or whoever are racist based on what stock photos they chose for some rollovers, Jesus.

What if they are just trying to work with their demographics. What if the majority of their customers that work in the home/officer are women. What exactly would be wrong with them associating that field more with women than other sexes/nationalities? There are a lot of things associated with either men or women and pertaining to certain nationalities or races. If I'm advertising for some new Koscher food/product I'm sure as hell not gonna put some catholic priest on the advertisement. Maybe what the did was thought out since very few things aren't looked at by good marketing teams. Yet possibly this fit best with their potential customers.
