Could have been worse..

Could have been worse..

Post by Fash »

So I leave work at 5pm and I get on the highway. The low gas light comes on just a bit before running into a squall of snow and ice.. and then parked. 25+ car pileup ahead. kept the car off except to get some heat now and then..

I go to light a smoke... only 2 left... :-x

8pm.... 9pm... 10pm.. news said midnight for it to be open.. hungry :vv_BANGHEAD2:

started moving around 1230am and I got home at 130am... an eight and a half hour, thirty eight mile commute home from work. so lame. :vv_faint:

Could've been worse.. I could've been out of pot. :D

Did you ration the cigs? Like light it, take 3-4 drags then put it out to save some for later or did you go for broke, not knowing it would be such a long wait and then nic for hours?

I could deal without heat or food, but no smokes? That's grounds for hijacking an emergency vehicle.

I always keep an emergency stash of weed in my center console in my car for exactly those types of situations.

Well, at least you didn't run out of gas just as the traffic cleared up. Heh, I have a tendency to go into a nearly uncontrollable rage when something like that happens. Last time my car broke down, I limped it home and then proceeded to break a wooden baseball bat into three peices on the garage floor. Ohwell, I'm irish and I have red hair, so the temper is mostly excused. :)
