Well, i said it before, and ill repeat, the US lawsuit system are fucked up.
Oh well, i guess that nice old lady are gonna be hated in the neighbourhood after that when everyone else hear about it. That at least cheer me up .')

Fucking pathetic, the judge should have only warned the girls about going to stranger's houses at night, and warned the lady that she doesnt have long left to live.

I am currently stuck on Jury duty this month. I don't plan to get stuck on any juries though. I am too anti-court system to ever be considered impartial. The first case I had to go to was some insurance trial. The woman claimed to have permanent damage in her facial nerves but she looked fine to me. The plaintiffs looked like the typical money grubbing trailer trash. They kept snickering amongst themselves during jury selection. Luckily I didn't get my number called this time. Hopefully I have the same luck on wednesday.

I agree that a lot of this shit is just a bunch of greedy bastards who don't want to work a real job. There are legitimate claims but for every one of those, there are a hundred like this cookie case.
