Russia and the former Soviet Union states are a mess. On top of that, Russia got stuck with the ugliest plot of land on earth. Who would want to live there? What a shithole.

If you said Kazakhstan got stuck with...I might tend to agree...but then they also have SOME nice places...Russia has a lot...just not many people go there.

It's a huge country. One or two places in that amount of space doesn't make up for it being Earth's shithole.
