It starts with the young, in 20 years those of us that believe in individual freedoms will just be "old fuddy duds" and no one will think it's a crime when Emperor Bush accepts his coronation... Of course it could just be that we aren't educating our kids properly BUT IT COULD BE something else...

Yet, when told of the exact text of the First Amendment, more than one in three high school students said it goes "too far" in the rights it guarantees. Only half of the students said newspapers should be allowed to publish freely without government approval of stories.

i'm just pointing out the the reason we have a right to bear arms is to defend ourselves as well as in case those wacky guys in congress decide to take away our right to say whatever the hell we want to.

im as big of a 2nd amendment supporter as anyone, but thats the last thing you have to worry about if these fucking morons do not respect the 1st amendment

The second amendment was intended to keep the government from gaining too much control. The founding fathers beklieved that if someone tried to crown themselves King or Dictator that an armed populace would prevent that from happening. Plus, Bambi tastes gud!!
