ROFL!!!

Is Asheron's Call that strong of a brand name?

I thought the original sucks and the the 2nd one was even worse.

The expansion provides players with a new playable race, the mystical Empyreans, a massive new continent shrouded in mystery and an innovative new hero system.
Let me guess, the next expansion will discover a teleportation system that allows the players to visit the moon. Lag will be exceptional.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I'm 40 now, I don't think that anymore, because I found out it doesn't f--king work. One has to go through that. For the people who even bother to go through that, most assholes just accept what it is anyway and get on with it." - John Lennon

Pure speculation on my part but I wonder if they are trying to grow their station access pass. They have been pushing it fairly heavily lately, with various benefits for eq2 available through it and recently adding SWG to the pass. With all the competition in the MMORPG market, being able to offer a bunch of different games for one subscription, may not be a bad way to go.
