NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida (AP) -- A woman fell to her death while trying to do a handstand on the railing of a second-floor hotel balcony, sheriff's officials said.

Molly Jerman, 23, of Cape Coral died Sunday. While attempting a handstand, she toppled over and dropped to the hotel patio, according to the Lee County sheriff's department.

Just before she fell, she had called out to a friend, "Watch to see what I can still do," a police report said. Foul play is not believed to be involved, officials said.

But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

Same thing happened in my home town. Some dumbass drunk guy tried to do a handstand on a rail. He fell off, hit his head on the sign and fell square on the top of his head on the street. SPLAT.

It says nothing about her being drunk in this case though. I think she's just a moron deserving of the death she received. Her family shouldn't even mourn her. Closed casket and space on the funeral time.

A 50-year-old Reno man told authorities he castrated himself to lower his libido and learned of the procedure on the Internet, police said.

Washoe Medical Center officials cited privacy issues on why they could not release any information on the man.

About 1:30 a.m. Monday, police said the man called 911 and asked for help because he could not stop the bleeding from a self-castration operation.
