lol, we are still about 2-3 generations of consoles/computers before we reach something close to that.
also would of helped the illusion if the guy put a glove on

Its fake, they just started talk on it not too long ago so I doubt they already made it this far.

If things start looking that real, I cam imagine some of the trauma people will go through when they take a crow bar to someone and blood, guts, teeth, eyes, etc start realistically showing damage to the point where you can pull out interior organs, etc...will there be a point when it's too much? I bet there will be a point that a reverse trend in realism will occur for violent type games but not for awhile.

His primary weapon seems to be showing as a gun as well. It would have been great if he had access to a gun instead of a crowbar for that picture.
Still a clever enough picture.
