Yea I know the first reply would be, "WTF go to the store", but im a special case, I dont live in the states and I have already 2 accounts for me and bro playing on shadow moon.

My friend decided to play and im looking for another account for him.

And just to clarify, this isn't the old Real form CoE, he was from Switzerland I think it was, definitely European at least.
