Same. Well, I don't hate the Eagles. I like McNabb, Westbrook and their defense. I respect TO's performance on the field and understand when he's not on a fantasy football team that he's an asshat. I admit to being two-faced in that department with TO.

PS Bubba, It's time for Bret Favre to retire. I don't want to start hating him. He's washed up though. Don't let him go down the over the hill player path.

Favre had one of his best years this year. He had over 4000 yards passing and 30 TD throws. He did stink it up in a few games, but he is still in the top ten of starting QBs. In addition, the packers don't really have a replacement. I have been impressed with Craig Nall but not that impressed. What killed the packers this year was their defense. If I was Favre I would retire unless the Packers do some serious work on their defense.

I would say they are on par with each other actually. Though I would always say (to his benefit and not) that Moss edges out TO in every category.

Beyond how Leon-like the both of them are, I see the Eagles losing this week. Without TO they are no better than the team they had last year. I would even say they are worse now, because of Pinkstons obvious lack of courage over the middle. I've never seen a player back away from a touchdown catch like he did a few weeks back because he was afraid to get hit. Plus they haven't played a meaningful game in a month. I see the Vikings winning by 9+ points.

The Eagles are clearly better this year than they were last year.

They have Brian Westbrook this year; they didn't last year.
Donovan McNabb has outperformed any other year of his career.
Jevon Kearse has led to a large increase in pressure by the defense.
Jeremiah Trotter has led to a large improvement in run defense.
Michael Lewis and Lito Sheppard matured into pro bowlers.

The Eagles aren't the powerhouse that they were with TO and could lose this game, but they are absolutely the favorites and should be the favorites until Jacksonville. Barring further injury.

I don't know the numbers exactly but McNabb's performance without TO has been a lot less. His other receivers are well below average. Bryan Westbrook is an okay running back when the passing game is taking pressure off of him but the vikes will put 7 or 8 in the box and let McNabb try and beat them. McNabb is a good QB but his receivers are so abysmal that it makes him look bad.

I think the vikings will win by 5, 10 if Moss is healthy.

Look at last years performance. The only reason he is better this year is because he threw like twice as many passes to TO than the other Wide Receivers combined. Why? Because TO will actually reach for the shitty passes he throws. TO isn't there now. They will have to win by defense and running alone. Go Vikes!
