Proctus.....been looking for info on some level 20+ jeweler recipes and can't find an answer. What level do the Rune upgrades start requiring Tier 3 materials? I bought a piece of Coral and want to make an Adept 3 upgrade, but don't want to use it on a lower level skill if I can use it on one that is coming up.....
