So would you join a server with all your fellow VV'ers?

If there is one thing Ive learned from reading our EQ2 section, its that the idea was kind of brought up late and therefore there was no real one server everyone went to. So I pose the question now.

As long as it's a PvE server, yes. A PvP server I'd have to think about a bit.

*Edit - A CT or MT server as well, puts it in the middle of the country.

Most of my RL friends want to do a PST server, but I'd be willing to try to swing them to a VV server just because it would be nice to see some friendly faces.

Mmm good point. Anyone know if there will be a noticable change in connection issues if I played on an east coast server when I'm a westcoaster? Did anyone play on a different region server in beta, if so how'd it go?

I played on servers in pretty much every time zone, and I didn't notice lag other than when the servers themselves were having problems. I don't think it matters a bit which zone we pick.

Here in Arkansas I seem to do best, with my connection, going to servers on the West Cost or Central. But I will go where everyone else is, I think it will be fun to see everyone "in game" again

I plan on following some RL friends into a PvP server & guild. It would be nice to run into some VV'ers there as well though. I think they are talking about moving to a PST server even though we played CST in the last Stress Test and Open Beta. We will be Horde since we grew tired of seeing zergfests when we played Alliance.

It would be phat if we could all hook up on the Hyjal PvE server, I'm pretty sure it will be a PST server. If you guys wanna go PvP though that’s cool but I'll miss you guys. I don’t see a point of going PvP myself since there is already lots of PvP on the PvE servers. Plus I also think PvP in a MMORPG is completely pointless and stupid cus there is like 0 skill involved, its all about who has the better gear, who has the higher level and who gets the jump on the poor shmuck first lol. If I want PvP I’ll play some CS:S or Doom 3 hehe.

Well, I know the RL crew I was with thru beta will be reforming our guild. Just not sure which server yet, but will be cst Alliance guild. Guildname will be "Driven", almost got the webpage done as well
