Im about to learn to really hate busses

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

Im about to learn to really hate busses

Post by Ransure »

Not the hate you had in high school when you still had to ride the bus, and your friends had cars... but the true... absolute hate of all things that even rhyme with the word bus...

In about two hours I leave for a 3 hour busride to London, then I have 30 minutes to navigate Victoria station in London to find the bus that will be taking me on a merry joy joy happy ride to Amsterdam... except that ride will take just over 12 hours...

Yay me! 15 hours of fun!

oh, and more pics up...

Those are some great shots. My wife really loved everything about London when she was there, except for the food.

Scary, I recognize some of your locations from playing project gotham racing. So so sad on my part

As a kid I can remember riding the bus from Denver, CO to Los Angeles, CA. I think I was 12 at the time and traveling with my brother (11), sister (7), sister (5), my mom and my aunt. It was three days of hell. I will always remembering rolling into Las Vegas at dawn though. That was an amazing place to see for a 12 year old. The other thing I remember is a black guy who greased his some vaseline like crap so thick that it was all over the seat. Whenever anyone would walk to the bathroom and touch his seat they would get a handful of it.

Is Stonehenge where King Arthur and Princess Di lived? I thought there was a big table or something too...

The sad part is that I recognized the Salisbury plains from my time in DAoC.

if you were walking around and you came upon a tulip with tits, would you let it be for the rest of the world to enjoy.. or would you pick it and carry it off to a secluded area to motorboat them?

Ransure, I am sooooo jealous of you right now! (Meaning the entire trip, not the bus ride) Bring me a 20$ souvenir and I'll get you a signed copy of that book!

Pyrella just reminded me of something I sent to someone about an hour ago..

Just got off the bus... wasnt so bad, other than the fact that now I truly feel like a pretzel... I got wasted on the ferry across the channel with a Canadian, an Irishman, a couple of English guys and a Finlander (thats right, right?)...

The reason I didnt take the train is it was something like 90 pounds, the bus was 17 pounds.....
