...and grilling. Omg is it good stuff. Did it w/ salmon fillets and ribs. I'm telling you, it's just magnificent. if you see them in the stores, try it out one time. Sometimes they even have recipes and cooking times on the package.

I experimented with plank grilling a number of years ago and had found a great online source for a variety of grilling planks (oak, maple, apple among others). I'll dig around and see if I can find the address.
