Yeah, basically it's the label on those small brain buckets that people use to cover their heads so they won't get pulled over for not wearing a helmet. If it's not DOT and Snell rated, I wouldn't wear it.

Then again, some folks are willing to take the risk, more power to 'em.

What he said. If it's not DOT approved, it'll have that sticker.

Same goes for those novelty condoms and the warnings that they're not for preventing pregnancy or disease.
