Don't waste your time trying to make these, order fresh homemade pierogis here:

http://www.milliespierogi.com/

As a former New Englandah I can honestly say these are the best pierogis available to buy. The only better ones I've ever had were at St. Stanislaus Church's fall fair homemade by an ancient Polish grandma :)

much <3 for pierogi but they really are time consuming to make compared to time it takes to devour them

Best pierogi (that's already plural in Polish no need to add s at the end) are usually made by Polish restaurants or deli's, if you have any nearby I'd check them first.

Those Millie's pierogi look like they have way too much dough and not enough filling :(

The Hungarian church in my mom's hometown sometimes makes the fuckign best perogies for festivals and such. I miss that!

Resturaunt by me named Polankas is the place to go. Perogies, borcht, potato pancakes, meatballs, the best fucking chicken soup known to man, and sour cream on it all save for the last are all exemplary
