I am certainly glad they got this loophole closed. Toes need to be protected.

That guy seriously needs to be locked up in a mental facility.

At the University of Houston, there was a guy who would reportedly haunt the library, looking for isolated female students. He would approach them and ask to see their feet. Kinda weird!

I just don't get the sexual attraction to feet. I mean I can understand different strokes for different folks but feet? What's that all about?

the guy obviously has a sex fetish with toes. wouldn't that just be generic sexual assault? I mean I can see why a country wouldn't have a law against licking someone's toes.. they shouldn't need to though.

OK I have an unusal toe fettish myself BUT I don't go around licking toes.My toe fettish consist of me staring at your toes,I think toes are cute but then you got those people with these ugly knawed looking toes that looks like those lil ears of corn and they were just dropped on their foot.
Hairy toes,baby toes,stubby toes,curled big toes you name I think toes are awesome.WHY hell I dunno.When I was younger I would decide to date that guy depending on his toes. :roll:
