the video footage on that site looks like a much taller person than you'd expect for a little kid. still all kind of messed up though.

Looks like a pretty bad fake to me.
Looks like an asshole with poor taste making a "Oooh" page out of a potential tragedy another person experienced.

If you are interested in ghosts etc, here is a site with a database of "haunted" places across America and abroad.
