No sense joining up unless you are accustomed to losing. I plan to kick all butts again.

The draft is listed as 2pm PDT. Now I thought that was Pacific time but when I entered it into my Yahoo calendar it still listed it as 2pm for me and I am central time. Any thoughts?

*edit* Nevermind I figured it out. The draft is at 4PM CST.

I wasn't in the league last year but would like to get down. How are teams awarded? First come first serve, or is there a list I gotta get on? Reason I ask is that I don't want to bump off anyone who played last year.

Don't worry about that. It is first come first serve. We currently have 6 teams. We are hoping for 12 teams this year.

Holy shit. we are at 11 teams now. We have room for one more team so if you hadn't signed on and want to you better make your move fast. I am not sure if we could support more than 12 teams. Has anyone been in a league where there have been more than 12 teams?

12 teams spreads the talent pool a little thin. I'm sure that you could probably go 14, but I wouldn't go any higher than that.

yeah I think 12 teams will be just fine. It will be tough enough getting 2 running backs of worth as it is.

I've been going through the draft pool and the pickings are mighty slim this year in my opinion. This should make it much more challenging when there are few standouts at most positions. The waiver wire will be very busy in the first few weeks.

I would like to propose that if some yahoo signs up and then doesn't play that his players be released into the general pool for everyone's use.

I will admit, you are kicking my ass. Bartolo Colon and Roy Halliday weren't supposed to suck balls this year. Football, you may kick my ass, I haven't done a fantasy football league in two years, so we'll see how this goes.
