
1 TBSP Baking Powder
2 CUPS Flour
2 Eggs
1 TSP Kosher Salt
1 TBSP Cayenne
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1 bottle dark beer
Mix until there are no lumps and place in 'fridge for 15-60 minutes.
I used this with tilapia fillets tonight and it was fantastic!
