The friendly Orca is being captured!

Basically the background is this orca was split up from it's pod about a year ago, and has been hanging out with the locals for the past year, causing delays with ferries and a couple of water planes to almost go splat as he swam up to greet them. Kind of cool at how friendly he is, but he just doesn't realize he could get hurt by these things, and hurt others.
