5 yr old arrested

The mother is a piece of garbage. She sold out the footage to some company/tabloid/whatever for a few grand and the lawyer was fired from it since he had already publicly released it when they thought it was just theirs specifically. The lawyer was on the MJ/Schnitt radioshow down here today talking about it, apparently the mom and kid are moving out of state since they're being evicted from their apartment.

I feel bad for that kid, having some piece of shit mother. The kid needs some counciling and a change of guardianship before she becomes a criminal.

yeah, i mean kids dont act like that unless they have medical problems or simply terrible parents, and it is usually the latter.

Well the mother being that much a piece of shit makes many of my points moot. I still think they went to far but it looks like they were forced into that postion.

i just got out of high school last year and the teachers ARE NOT allowed to restain you if they do it is their job. i watched a teacher pull another student off a kid that was getting their head smashed into the tile floor and the teacher got yelled at and was asked what the hell were they doing. because simply they are not allowed to touch the kids i also saw a teacher get wamped in the face by a student when he tried to get in the middle of a fight to break it up but he couldn't do anything

also the teacher that pulled the students apart got transfered i think after that year

Fucking ludicrous; if the one kid beat the other one to death against the tile floor, the teacher would (should) be liable for charges of criminal indifference. Certainly you're talking about school policy, which is often written in simple black and white terms by a committee of numb nuts, failing to take into account many possiblilities and little things like law.

yea that fight caused a huge fiasco .. (was 2 girls one's boyfriend was cheating on her with the other girl) and the girl left in an ambulence and was having seizures and caused our lunch periods to chance because it happend during a switch
