Ok, so I keep hearing about things that you can do ingame IE hotkeys and macros... where do I find out how to use/make these? How do I do broadcasts in color? What other chat based control functions are there? Why can my MAX armor be run over by cars... but I can still get grief for running over players... What does command xp get me?

And any other sekrits that I must know... thx...

Command exp gets you multiple things...

Access to command channel
Ability to send global messages
Access to the command uplink
Ability to use the orbital strike and EMP (coming soon)
Ability to see all friendly troops
Ability to see all enemy troops

As for running people over with a MAX, I've never seen it happen, I played a MAX for a long time, heh, at one time I had all three MAXs and I've used auto-run all the time and never killed anyone like that.

/macro < 3 letter title > <macro text>
works like the EQ /hotkey command. The new macro appears on your mouse pointer redy to drop in an f-key slot. 3-letter limit on the macro name is slightly irritating.

The only one I use is /macro PUL /s PULL!
Which I use to let my squad know I've just bagged another Reaver
