Friday the 13th...It's coming!

Friday the 13th is coming up, do you notice it, ignore it, have any superstitions about it?
I always feel a little trepedition, but nothings ever happens to me.
Have you experienced anything unusually freaky on this day?

Nothing ever hapened to me except, for stumbling upon old horor movies late on fridays (13th).

don't recall anything major ever happening to me on Friday the 13th.
nor any other specific day of the month

sorry, back when I lived in Poland the 1st of the month was always special, we were getting paid that day, yup once a month, a week and a few bills later you needed to borrow money to last till the next 1st lol

I celebrate it!!

I had a party once on a Friday 13th - where we set up a ladder you had to walk under to get through the door. Salt to toss over your shoulder with the food, garlic braids, etc. Good times.

To further the rumor that network admins must sacrifice live chickens to the network gods.....

Today at just after 1:00pm (the 13th hour of the day of course) BOTH power supplies in my core load-balancer took a shit. This of course is the box that load-balances our firewalls and the servers in our web hosting DMZ's. Nobody inside or outside could get to any of our sites.

What about a redundant box you ask? Well, the standby box had a bad cable to the firewall DMZ. He apparently came up active, but couldn't talk outbound.

Lovely way to end a week. Thanks Friday the 13th. Next one comes around I kill TWO chickens and HOOKERWHORESLUT their blood on the raised floor....

Nothing really happens to my on Friday the 13th, but for some reason Thursday the 12th or Saturday the 14th is always a really fucking shitty day.
