The Fan Faire Chicago website and registration is now live at http://www.everquest.com/fanfaire ! (If it loads the Vegas site, hit Refresh.)

The Chicago Fan Faire will be held on September 26-28 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers in downtown Chicago.

The discounted Fan Faire room rate is $109 a night and we have special Airfare Rates from Southwest, American and United Airlines. Registration fees for the event itself are still $89 if you pre-register, and $100 at the door.

We have the space (2500) to make this the largest Fan Faire ever, and I think it'll even exceed Las Vegas in attendance & fun.

Yeah, I'm just not signing up yet myself, though I probably will as the date approaches. I just can't get as excited about a trip to Chicago months prior like I can for a trip to Vegas.

I might go up there to visit some old college friends around that time, If I do I'll let you guys know here in advance and stop by the hotel and give you guys an opportunity to throw rocks at me or something.

But I won't attend the actual fan faire being as I no longer play the game.

For those of you going to Chicago ~
Try to visit a night club called 'Le Passage'
I'd suggest going there early since there will be a mother
of a line outside. I am pretty sure there is a dress code, it
is more of an upscale night club.

It is downtown Chicago - One Oak Place
(On Rush between Walton and Oak)
Open from 8p-4a
You can reserve tables and stuff too (312.255.0022)
