Well I am probably not going to get my epic now that I found out that verant only has 2 roaming GM's per 11 servers. If you want help on anything, just email... a week later you might get a response back.
I had a guide tell me that she has only seen a GM on one time in a month, and the GM only handled 4 petitions. It's hilarious the screenshots I'm getting out of these conversations I'm having with guides.
You go into chat and they tell you to /petition.. You /petition and they tell you to email... you email and they tell you to /petition... it's just a big circle.
If you want customer service, go to Legends.. and for $40, you will have a GM.
I'm sorry I'm rambling, but I'm incredibly frustrated here. I just want them to go back to Saiphos and the old system.

They are losing guides hand over fist as well. Their volunteer guides are taking the brunt of the abuse from dissatisfied players who aren't getting any results from their petitions. Players can't even get their surnames changed anymore, or any of the simple things like that because it can take days just to see a senior guide. Any problems that require a GM can take weeks. Guides are just quitting, and the loudest complainers amongst the volunteers that complain about lack of GM's on the servers are getting thrown out of the program by the CS leads at Verant.
It is still better than AO or DAoC's customer service though.

Guides, not GM's, are now taking it upon themselves to set rules on the server. Guides on Veeshan have recently started recognizing camps, making people roll for the right to camp a spawn. Specifically, I know Guide Usol has made people roll for the right to camp Stormfeather, even if one of the people had been there 10 hours previously.

I know how you feel. I had someone send me a tell about a month ago claiming to be a friend of mine wanting my account information. I didn't know the person and I don't give out my information so I knew it was scam to begin with. I petitioned a GM and send a /report, emailed Sony with the person's name that asked for the info and I still haven't heard anything back about the subject. I personally would like to see the old system come back as well.

I agree the service is complete shit now. I 10k'd under the world in the grey and petitioned to get a summon.....now a few months ago 2 hours would have been slow..........now...forget it......I logged onto chat on my 3rd PC and asked the GM in chat wether he could swing by and do a quick summon. This in the past has worked for me, they just used to come in summon rez go away ...a whole 3 mins worth of work, today I did they same.......he response sorry no GM's are on atm and wont be for a few hours........he said petiton when it is 9am PST and someone should get to you after a few hours........now normally I am a very calm person rarely swear.......I am like WHAT THE FUCK are u talking about. I am an Australian I will be at work when u suggest. he replied...oh well sorry.
I then see him talking all kinds of BS int he chat channel and I respond by saying come on I see you talking shit in the channel and u wont come and do a 5 min job..........."O I'm not allowed to leave chat" What a bunch of BS.
So basicly anyone outside of the US forget about getting any type of service. Which is just BS we pay the same as everyone else ( actaually OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS more thanks to our dollar being worth shit ( $25 a amonth ) ) yet Sony can;t supply us with the same services.

AO's customer service is great. In game, and technical. The ARKs (guides) have full right to deal with any issue that they can/want. Dont need a stinking lead GM. And on Rubi-Ka 1, there is atleast 10 - 15 ARKs on at once. And usually a lead GM. They are on like this because this game is played all over and is actually based in GMT. So, they have GMs and Guides at any time of the day. AO has really cleaned up it's act.

For all who care to know. After seven days of petitioning non-stop, sending over 10 emails to Verant, and stirring up shit in chat: I was finally reimbursed only one of three items lost (at least I dont have to start quest over again).
After logging on after patch, I sent in a petition ASAP because I saw a GM-Admin online. (I had sent her a tell 4 days ago in game which she ignored) I sent her two tells immediately basically BEGGING for her to help me saying that I've been petitioning for the last seven days and nobody has helped me and I'm going to quit, etc..
I got the standard "Please petition.." basic ignore from her and the guides who were online.. so I logged off.
I logged in a few hours later and saw a guide online and sent him a tell with my sob story (which he had heard ten thousand times before) to which he basically ignored.
Five seconds later the same GM who ignored me earlier was with me. I was reimbursed. I am still completely unsatisified with their service, but at least I dont have to start epic over again.

OMG this is gunna suck.
I'd rather see two people /duel than see someone lose a camp to /random....
This basically means fuckhead X can come along, claim the camp and now you have to basically depend on that 1/60th of a second to let you continue on your hard quest part.
