There's really no reason they'd open up HoHb or Lower CoD. These are strictly raid zones/areas for the most part. If they want people to XP more then HoHa and Upper CoD is more than enough. I can see it now...
"Hey, there's a named up down here1!!"
"omg who??"
"Spectre of Corruption or something!"
"Lets keel and get phat l3wt4'
"He cons red dude, think we can tak ehim?"
... (after gathering 30 pople from somewhere)
"gogogo!"
(after much ressing)
"pwn got him!"
"wtf dude no lewtz??"
"this zone sukkoerz"
A foul wind is felt carrying on it the stench of death and decay. Suddenly a thunderous bang is heard throughout the crypt and then these words, 'Great soldiers of decay you are summoned forth to do battle with these infidels!' All around the crypt echoes of footsteps and shuffling feet are heard.
"what the..?"
You writhe in the grip of agony. You have taken 1061 points of damage.
kewldoood writhes in the grip of agony.
kewldoood has been slain by Knight of Decay!
"omg evac!@1"
In addition to that they should take a look at the Caprin event so that it's not blowable by a group (or less).

there are people who have stopped leveling and concentrated on AA's instead.. AA goes much faster at 60 vs 65.. In the end it all takes the same amount of time i guess. but regardless if someone earned the flag the proper way they should not now be blocked by a level restriction.
only people who do not raid should think of AA before Levelling. i wont go into explaining why the game engine favors levels over all other things, but even more to the point, AAs move pretty fast at 65 if you arent doing xp in Sebillis.
which will suck for xps at lvl 60 too, so...i dont know, i think hp, atk, resist checks are pretty important. new spells, mainhand damage modifiers, etc.
i just think it is stupid to do AA instead of levelling. so what if a jin wizard is green to 65.

Anyone who rushed to 65 in the opening weeks of PoP has absolutely nothing to base thier opinion on. I'm still 63 and working on getting another 30+ AAs before getting to 65. Each lvl (60, 61, 62, 63) has "sweet spots" to level AA (I'm speaking as a druid). If you never exp. those spots at those levels, you are just blowing hot air. The blanket statmenet that "level > AA" is definately not true for every class. Casters have very little reason to level if we don't have access to our spells. Melee should just jet straight to 65.only people who do not raid should think of AA before Levelling. i wont go into explaining why the game engine favors levels over all other things, but even more to the point, AAs move pretty fast at 65 if you arent doing xp in Sebillis.

I'm currently lvl 63 with 110 AAs. However, the time actually spent on those AAs is only around 40-45 minutes per AA (on average). I've traced the progress on every single AA I've gotten since lvl 60. The key to me personally is the actual time spent aquiring those AAs. I got the majority of mine (75) in the month of Decmeber. The rest have been done in short, concentrated play times since RL has been rather busy.
The abilites I've gained through AAs has made me more valuable to a group, a raid, and my guild, then lvl 65 alone could ever achieve.
how can you not have access to spells if you are in a raiding guild? BoT has good spell drops, and you can do those tower bosses every day, right?
you certainly know more about playing a caster than i do, i wont argue that
i know i'm gonna pick a 65 ench or a 65 cleric for an xp group over a 63 one. same with shaman. the levels affect your ability to land spells. Maybe if you are fighting a lvl 57 mob it doesnt matter, but a lvl 63+ mob it will. and raid mobs that are 68-70, well, if the debuffs need to get in, they need to get in. i can see from a druid perspective it may not be as critical, because the debuffs arent as critical, and there arent resists to worry about on heals

Spectrals are in extremely high demand for every 63+ memeber of my guild and the drop rate sucks ass in tier 2-3 zones unless you were one of the few lucky enough to get in before the drastic drop nerf. I was not that fortunate. "Just go farm BoT" is obviously not as simple a solution for me as it sounds like it is for you.
Also, "Raiding Guild" means dfferent things to different people. Companions are not hardcore, therefore I cannot (and would not) depend on them to get my spells for me. The few 63 spells I have gotten have been a direct result of my guild, but that is not the norm.

my friend in particular is not in a raiding guild. but he does have a good amount of flags for zones earned the way they were originally implemented. it would be trivial for us to help him level to 65. but right now he will get more use out of certain AA's that are way easier to obtain where he is at now.
