If it makes the families of those women feel any better at all, then go for it. The fucker is in jail for life anyways, what difference does the extra charge make? It lets the people involve know that their pain isn't going unrecognized, and isn't going to cost us any more tax dollars since he's going to trial for the other murders anyways.
